When I was transferred to Amanda in finance, I made it clear that I wanted a GM extended warranty—nothing third-party. Great dealership experience, they had a 5 series I was interested in, and were fair on my trade in. Super quick to respond, not pushy, very helpful, really balanced 'supporting' the purchase. I spent an entire day trying to purchase a vehicle with them over the phone and texting. It was like they had no desire to sell the vehicle to me or help in any way at all. Tried for two weeks to get a proposal for a new Sierra from this dealership. Went in person, called and emailed, no response. Talked to two different salespeople. Dealership appears to be clueless and not interested in making a sale.
I have never been treated so badly trying to buy a car. Even the finance manager made a snarky comment about the brand of used car we were purchasing because we didn’t buy the warranty package for him to make commission off of. He also tried to get us to sign papers without even telling us what our monthly payments were or finance charges. I will never purchase from them again. If I had it to do over agai. Not an Honest Dealership. They won’t Honor their sales Adverts. Also can’t detail a vehicle. Truck had a smell of Cigars. 3 times they tried to remove this smell and could not. Dealership after trading 2 vehicle for one, Failed to pay off both vehicles. Salesman would not enter correct pay off estimate, and when provided with accurate 14 days pay off: they did not correct pay off.

I've been on the hunt for a used Yukon, low mileage, best price for about 6 months now and no one even came close to the price they gave me at Buick, GMC, Cadillac in Pensacola, Fl. I was contacted by this dealer today regarding a Kelly Blue Book (KBB) cash offer that I placed. Mind you, they called me pretty much bagging me to come to thief store first because they could provide me the cash offer of $12,800 if my 2009 Infinity G37 checked out as I had described on KBB. Brought my GMC in for an oil change and tire rotation. 2.5 hours later I’m still waiting for the truck. I was on time and told maybe 1.5 hours total. I’ve traveled all over the country and I can assure you this is the longest this service has ever taken. If I lived here I would find a different service department. The service writer was Clifford polite but he wasn’t the tech working or not working on the truck.
Very poor experience with the service department and service manager. I brought my brand new truck in because the passenger side headlight was not working. Six hours later they claim there is damage to my truck and it has never been in any kind of accident and would not covered under warranty. I filed a police report claiming that they did this on site and this is an ongoing investigation.
just purchased 2020 cadillac CT6 the experience was great! purchased thru FaceTime and email the paperwork. It was easy and very convenient due to health issues and distance of driving. Worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. Can't get inventory so they make the customer pay an extra $30,000.00 on top of MSRP for an Escalade. Save yourself the money and go to Mobile like I did.
They don’t call back, totally unorganized. Service is scheduled blindly consequently they’re overwhelmed. Appointments mean nothing, it seems to be first come first serve.
I am also curious about the "used" parts business model. We were charged $4,856.00 for full R&R of Lifters, gaskets, bolts, etc in our Yukon Denali in July 2021. On August 9, 2021 the same symptoms occurred that caused the R&R. Had to have AAA tow our Yukon to another Certified GM Service Center and were told that not only was it done incorrectly, but multiple used parts were also put back into the truck, multiple parts are missing entirely and more damage was done to the engine. Purchased my last four (4) vehicles there before the ownership change....While the sales department was friendly, pressured price negotiations are not welcome. Forced "add-ons" were excessive. Fabric protection raising the price of an 8 year old used vehicle with cloth interior by roughly 10% was not cool. Not into forced add ons for items not desired. I won't be purchasing my fifth vehicle there..
Very impressed with JJ Hommer we visited a couple of times JJ was extremely helpful and patient even though we were very indecisive but every time I called he was immediately available to talk and answer my questions. Beginning in Oct 2017 I brought my truck in as a victim of the dreaded "Chevy Shake" uncorrectable vibration (google/youtube it). Service lied and said it was my tires. The sales man was a German guy named JJ. He went out of his way to help me through every step, even sitting with me for an hour after I bought the car, helping me set up features. When I had trouble with onstar and the XM radio people, he was there to help. He even gave me sweet gifts from Germany and took a selfie with me.
